I began practicing hot yoga in 2012 and instantly fell in love with the physical and mental transformation it brought me. Through yoga, I discovered greater confidence, mindfulness, and a deep sense of inner peace—and I quickly felt inspired to share these gifts with others. In 2013, I completed my 200-hour teacher training at the Evansville Yoga Center, followed by a children’s yoga certification in 2014 through the Youth Yoga School.
My practice and teaching have continued to evolve over the years. In 2020, I earned my 500-hour certification under the guidance of Jimmy Barkan, and I’ve also drawn inspiration from workshops with Noah Mazé, which continue to shape my teaching style.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health and Sport Studies and a Master’s degree in Human Development. My holistic approach blends movement, body awareness, and therapeutic touch to support overall well-being—both on and off the mat.
