Yama (Moral Restraints)

Arrival
Where to park - There is ample street parking on Jefferson Ave and 2nd Street.
We are 15 Jefferson Ave Suite 301 - Please take the exterior stair case to the third floor.
You will receive a warm welcome from our yoga staff and community.
Please take off your shoes at the door and place them in the cubby storage.
You will be given a tour of our space, where to store belongings safely and find our complimentary amenities.
Our teaching crew will also be available before class for additional conversation regarding prior experience and expectations.
Our priority is that you feel seen and heard.
Amenities
Water bottle station
Both dressing rooms are equipped with 3 showers, lockers, storage shelving and benches.
Female dressing rooms have 3 vanity stations, including blow dryers and straighteners.
Dressing rooms have fans to help cool you after practice.
Sweet smelling shampoo, conditioner and soap is provided.
If you forget items, no problem. We have shower towels, yoga towels, mats, straps and blocks. If you forget yoga clothes, check out the supplied items you can borrow.
Etiquette
Be thoughtful of your arrival time. Arriving at least 5 minutes before class is good practice. (15 if you need to sign up)
The Yoga room is a quiet space for everyone to journey. Please be mindful of conversation.
Please leave cell phones, apple watches and other electronics outside the yoga room. Talk to the staff if you require communication during class.
Be mindful of what you wear to a hot yoga class. (no underwear, swimsuits, or thongs)
