1. Seasonal Flow Yoga Classes:  This special three-month sequence offers you the opportunity to move with your breath, at your own pace, and build a practice you can carry with you on and off the mat. Each unique set sequence invites you to synchronize movement, breath, and energy with the ever-changing rhythms of nature.

2. Monthly workshops:  Join us the first Saturday of each month from 9:00–10:15 AM for a workshop designed to deepen and elevate your practice.
Each session offers clear, accessible guidance on the seasonal flow — breaking down posture names, transitions, and the Pose of the Month — in a way that feels empowering and easy to digest. We’ll also explore one of the 8 Limbs of Yoga, connecting philosophy to your movement, and close with a guided meditation to root the experience in your mind, body, and spirit.

3.  New Moon Monthly Check-Ins:  Harness the energy of the new moon for monthly check-ins. Participants reflect on your progress, share insights, and recalibrate intentions, creating a continuous cycle of self-reflection and refinement.

4. SEASONAL FLOW BLOG: Explore tools and inspiration that move with the seasons — from mindful movement and breathwork to seasonal foods, mantras, intentions, and energetic practices.
