New Student Guidance
How it works – step‑by‑step:
- Download the app - create an account and turn on push notifications 2. Pick an intro offer. 3. Book your mat - 4. Arrive Early — arrive at least 15 minutes early. This gives us time to welcome you, answer questions, and help you get settled in the space. - What to Bring 
- Yoga mat
- Mat towel (or large towel)
- Hand towel
- Water bottle
 Don’t have your own? We have mats and towels available to borrow a few times or purchase.
Hydrate Well
Drink plenty of water before class to prepare your body for the heat. A water station is available for refills.
Dress for the Heat
Wear lightweight, breathable clothing that allows for full movement. Most students prefer moisture-wicking shorts, leggings, or fitted tops.
Settle Into the Heat
When you enter the hot room, take a few quiet moments to breathe deeply and adjust. This helps your body acclimate and your mind relax.
Listen to Your Body
If you feel lightheaded, overwhelmed, or need a break—pause, sip water, and rest in upward seated posture or savasana . Your breath is your guide; there’s no rush.
