Join us for our Spring Renewal Yoga Challenge (Sadhana).

Activities like meditative walks in nature, gardening, or sitting quietly in green spaces can nurture your connection to the earth and its cycles. This is a time for setting intentions, planning, and dreaming of the possibilities that lie ahead.

ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT: Energize your body and spirit with yoga flows that emphasize balance, flexibility, and awakening. Consider incorporating poses that open the chest and shoulders, such as Camel Pose or Upward-Facing Dog, to encourage openness and receptivity.
